Ping-Pong Apartment with Balls Wall Decor
A little area, a luck of period and a dash of creative inspiration came concurrently to form this crazy decorative scheme inside of a modest compact condo (less than 100 square feet in size!) in Brooklyn, New York. This hit is situated exceeding (and occupied by an employee of) the NYC multinational Snarkitecture – the choose really does say it all. Blacks, whites and grays bare the aptitude of gradients and light in a cramped urban dwelling.
Shelves, ladders and a latticework grid of overhead light form a chain of rectilinear patterns with the purpose of offset the curved ping-pong-ball wall coverings. Floating white shelves, strategic mirrors and other visual elements new eye across and through the small area to promote to it feel more exposed. The catch? Of track in attendance forever is solitary: Ring pong balls are made of flammable material – relaxed to provoke and challenging to set back not at home. Hopefully these are coated with something relatively fireproof, but even still, they might bend a decor indication into a death fence in if not treated carefully.
